his unit is concerned with the following:

1- To supervise the EQAUP, program to provide periodic semester reports and track the results with the development plans.

2- To provide help to the colleges, Deanships and departments in the making of internal and external
benchmarks, which are directly linked to performance indicators (PI).
 
3- To determine University PI, that includes:

        1- KPI's of the NCAAA

     2- PI's of the learning outcomes 

     3- PI's of the Strategic Plan

     4- PI's of each deanship or vice deanship or management
